STELLAR can service your equipment or installation, even if you did NOT purchase from us.

Warranty Service Call (used within 90-days of completion)

STELLAR Home Theater system installation and programming is guaranteed for 90 days from the substantial completion date of your installation. Equipment is covered according to the manufacturer’s warranty for each product.

STELLAR Home Theater wishes to ensure that your system will continue to perform at its best. After all, it is clients like you that have built our business. We hope that you get many years of trouble-free pleasure from your purchase, and during your first 90 days of ownership we want to make the pleasure a free service.This in-home service policy is offered exclusively to the original purchaser of a STELLAR Home Theater system and is non-transferable.

If a component of a STELLAR Home Theater system should fail during normal, domestic use due to a fault in materials and/or workmanship, STELLAR Home Theater will at its discretion adjust, repair, or replace the defective unit(s) free of charge for a period of 90 days from the date of Substantial Completion. Substantial Completion is defined as the point in time when your final equipment has been delivered and trouble-shooting, final programming, system tuning and client training are all that remain to be completed.

Regular Non-Warranty Service Call (used after 90-days of completion)

If your STELLAR Home Theater system is now out of warranty, or if your system was installed by another company, our normal hourly rates apply which are for $150/hr. with a $50 trip fee. However discounted service plans can be purchased, please contact us for a service plan.

STELLAR's Concierge Service

STELLAR’s Concierge service plans offer Complete Peace of Mind. Your home theater equipment or your automated home requires the same level of service and tune-ups that your fine vehicles do and the service that those BMW, Lexus or Lamborghini dealerships deliver. You want to make sure that your equipment operates with the same efficiency and finesse as when you purchased them, updates are made on a regular basis to your home theater equipment or automated home and you have the training needed to operate any piece of equipment like you should.

STELLAR offers Silver, Gold, Platinum and Elite service plans that cover block of hours that can be purchased at discounted prices versus a regular service call pricing. Please choose the Service Plan option in the form below and our Service Manager will contact you shortly.
