1) Senior Luxury System Designer, Dallas & Austin, TX
Currently, we are looking for multiples system designers and sales professionals to join our team. Our locations are in Allen, Plano, Dallas and Austin. The STELLAR system designer is responsible for achieving the sales target in revenue, margin and delivering the customer experience The designer is expected to visit customer homes or business to provide consultations, prepare proposals and system designs. Presentation skills to the client is required along with a good understanding of the entire system design. The designer is also expected to be in STELLAR showrooms at the assigned time.STELLAR system designers work with several commercial and residential opportunities with the ultimate goal of delivering the best customer experience.
Basic Requirements: (Do not apply if you do not have the following)
- A minimum of 2 years of experience with home theater product sales
- A minimum of 2 years experience in system designs of whole home distribution and automation
Preferred Requirements:
- Working specifically with home automation systems such as Control4 or Savant
- Contact with builders, designers, architects
- Great customer and project management skills
Compensations:
- Expect to make $40K – $150K based on performance.
- Base salary plus commissions!

2) LEAD Home Theater & Automation Integrator, Dallas & Austin, TX
Currently, we are also looking for multiple Experienced Technicians/Installers to join our team in Austin Texas. We are the #1 dealer for CONTROL4 in Texas with a strong team of system designers and installers and looking for a lead installer position in Austin. STELLAR has 4 locations in the DFW area, and one in Austin.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Extensive knowledge and experience of setting up audio-video equipment.
- Minimum 2 years experience with multi-room distribution and home theater is required to apply.
- Ability to systematically identify and solve technical problems.
- Understand Control4 & Savant integration framework (Ability to set-up and configure projects using Composer highly desired.)
- Extensive knowledge of networking.
- Extensive knowledge of multi-zone/multi-room wiring.
- Skills in configuring/programming devices within a Control4 system.
- Strong work ethic & Reliability.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Customer service attitude.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to document work and turn in paperwork in a timely manner.
Compensation
- Salary range from $40K-$100K based on experience.
